A four month series of talks to learn about wildlife that live in our metropolitan area.  Experts will come share their knowledge and stories about wildlife and the habitat that sustains them.

Join us for the monthly Whistler Woods workday. We will continue restoring the area by cutting and burning brush that block accesss to the Little Calumet River and threatens Whistler's ancient oaks.

Join us for this ongoing restoration project at LaBagh/Hernandez Forest Preserve. We will be cutting and burning brush. Be a part of Centennial Volunteers and help out as we continue to remove invasive buckthorn from this woodland community. Learn new skills, meet new people, and enjoy the outdoors.

Learn what it takes to restore diverse wildlife, trees, wildflowers, and health in our forest preserves and our river system.
