Eve of the Solstice River Cruise

The Eve of the Solstice Cruise took place on June 19, 2014 aboard the Wendella. This annual event benefits the McCormick Bridgehouse & Chicago River Museum, which celebrates Chicago's river and bridges and offers a unique opportunity to explore a historic landmark bridgehouse. Open May-October, the museum is Friends of the Chicago River’s broadest reaching public program and helps thousands of visitors discover how they can help protect and improve the Chicago River.
