The Chicago River Schools Network Program provides K-12 teachers the training and personalized assistance they need to immerse their students in the turbulent history, evolving ecology, and improving health of the Chicago River. Chicago River Day is a beloved annual watershed wide volunteer day with immediate impact and collectively brings about long-term improvements in the health of the Chicago River.
