The Bridgehouse Museum stands as the cultural anchor of the Chicago Riverwalk and welcomes tens of thousands of visitors every season for exhibits on the history and future of the Chicago River. Providing unique access to and understanding of the dynamic relationship between the City of Chicago and its river, the Bridgehouse Museum exhibits tell the story of the river from pre-colonization to its modern revitalization. Staff also lead visitors on interactive tours. As the lone Chicago bridgehouse open to the public, visitors also have the exclusive opportunity to view up close the massive gears and counterweight system that still move the 103-year-old bridge.

Celebrate the landmark five-story bridgehouse in style and cruise among the glistening Chicago skyline on our 10th Annual Autumn Cruise. You and your friends will eat, drink, and share a night to remember—and all while raising money for Chicago River advocacy, education, and outreach. Tickets may be purchased online and are priced at $100 per person with a special early bird pricing running through July 27. For an additional $25 per ticket, you may upgrade your tickets to include the VIP Ticket Bundle, which offers four admission passes to the Bridgehouse Museum, Friends of the Chicago River goodies, and other fun surprises.
