The fun evening includes a river tour amidst the twinkling bright lights of the city, complementary drinks and hors d’oeuvres from local eateries, and festive onboard entertainment. As the cultural and educational hub of the Chicago Riverwalk since 2006, the Bridgehouse Museum has welcomed over 400,000 visitors to explore the history and future of the river system. From Indigenous trade and settlement to Chicago’s growth, the environmental challenges that followed, and the innovative solutions transforming the river today, the museum tells the story of how the river has shaped – and been shaped by – our city and the region.
