Welcome Tiara Bullock

Friends of the Chicago River is pleased to welcome Tiara Bullock as our new development coordinator. Tiara brings a strong mix of administrative skill, conservation experience, and community-focused leadership. Most recently, Tiara served as a conservation mentor with Imani Village Green Health Advocates, where she led interns in river-adjacent restoration projects, managed data and reporting, and coordinated with partners including The Nature Conservancy and Faith in Place. She also brings a solid administrative foundation from Wright State University, where she managed records, streamlined workflows, and created stakeholder communications.

“At Friends of the Chicago River, there are so many wonderful stories of the connections with people that we’ve made and continue to make for the betterment of the river system,” said Tiara. “I am proud to be a part of that story now.”

Tiara earned her B.A. in Media Studies with a Minor in Arts Management from Wright State University in Ohio.
